Sarah began her training as a Complementary Health practitioner in 1997. She trained as a Bowen Therapist at the European College of Bowen Studies and has Advanced Training in Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) – which is an advanced form of Bowen and Spinal Therapy.
She is a member of the Bowen Therapy Professional Association (BTPA) and the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council (CNHC)
Bowen Technique is a manual therapy involving very gentle movements of the therapists hands and fingers over muscles, ligaments and tendons where there is injury or pain. This stimulates sensory nerve endings at the sites of injury to relay information back to the central nervous system which in turn sends appropriate messages back to correct and adjust the tensions at the injury site, thus speeding recovery and reducing pain. Bowen Technique is suitable for all ages including babies and the elderly.
Sarah has experience using Bowen Technique and Advanced NST Bowen to treat a wide variety of symptoms successfully.

Booking a treatment.
As a general rule acute conditions respond quicker and need less treatments than chronic (long term) ones. Sometimes, one treatment is enough to relieve the pain of an acute condition.
Fees
Initial consultation and treatment: £55 (60 mns)
Further treatments: £50 (45-60 mns)
Children 16 and under: Consultation and treatment – £45 (60 mns)
Further treatments: £40 (45-60 mns)
