Alexander Awareness Week 6th-12th Oct

This week is Alexander Awareness Week and our Alexander Technique teacher, Korina Biggs, is offering half-price taster sessions so you can find out a bit more about it. You can make the booking this week for a time that suits you in the forthcoming weeks. She is also giving an introductory workshop at Burgess Hill Saturday 18th October 2014.
